There are a lot of types of alcohol that don't fit into the rest of the categories that we have. Alcohol like Vermouth, Wine, Sherry, Brandy, Absinthe and countless others. These types of alcohol are used in drinks at Prichards but the amount that we keep on hand is small.
Lillet (pronounced Li-lay) is an aperitif wine from France. It is a mix of Bordeaux wines and citrus liqueur. It is either drank very cold, or as part of a mixed drink.
First appeared in 1934 in New Orleans, because it didn't use Wormwood it was deemed as not technically Absinthe. Considered an Anise-flavored liquor.
